About the Competition
The International Employer of the Year competition seeks organizations in Finland that have excelled in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining immigrants and international talent. Through this competition, JCI Finland aims to highlight employer success stories and inspire more organizations to hire foreigners, who play a crucial role in Finland’s future economic growth.
Launched in 2021 by JCI United, the competition originally focused on identifying the most international employer in Pirkanmaa. It has since expanded nationwide and is now held annually.
